SUPPLIES

8 official stations with isotonic liquid, still water, sparkling water, coke, rivella, syrup (mint and lemon), chocolate, farmer, apricots, bananas, oranges, apples, broth, cheese, dried meat, sausage, Tuc, chips, nut mixes. Last 3 stations, hot pasta.

NB: Personal refreshments are available at each official post up to 100m after these. Unauthorized refreshments = disqualification.

LIFE BASE

Possibility to drop off a bag carried at the Noirvaux base camp (km 45). Bags can then be collected at the race office at EspaceVal at any time and until Sunday 8 a.m. Runners' bags will be returned on Saturday at 1:30 p.m., 5 p.m., 7:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.

RUNNERS' HOME

The race office, changing rooms, showers and massages are located at EspaceVal in Couvet.

RACE OFFICE HOURS

Friday: 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Saturday: 4:00 a.m. – 7:15 a.m.; 1:00 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.

EQUIPMENT CONTROL

Before collecting bibs and individual presence with mandatory identity card. Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday 4:00 a.m. to 5:45 a.m.

FREE PASTA PARTY

Each runner receives a voucher for the Friday night pasta party at EspaceVal.

MANDATORY EQUIPMENT

  • Identity card
  • Eco cup
  • Minimum water reserve of one liter
  • Headlamp
  • Mobile phone
  • Survival blanket
  • Safety whistle
  • Waterproof jacket with a minimum water column of 10,000 mm. Gore-Tex, Dry Q, and other patented membranes. A simple windbreaker is not enough.
  • A long-sleeved garment
  • Trail backpack, capacity depending on equipment.
  • 1 x adhesive elastic strip for bandaging or strapping
  • Food reserve
  • Poles are permitted. Runners equipped with poles must start and finish the race with them.
