Sange Sherpa (Nepal) made history by winning the inaugural Swiss Canyon Trail 100-mile race. In extreme conditions, he completed the 166 km in 22:06:56 , a feat that will go down in history.
MARIE JANOD
Marie Janod (France) won the women's race with a solid time of 26h06'16 , at the end of a course of rare intensity.
MIGUEL ARSENIO
Miguel Arsenio (Portugal) confirmed his status by claiming a second consecutive victory in the 111 km. Despite a strong international elite field, he won in 10h45'12 , consolidating his reputation as one of the best European ultra-trailers of the moment.
ARIANE WILHEM
Ariane Wilhem (Switzerland) , an athlete from the canton of Neuchâtel, enthralled the local crowd. Buoyed by the cheers throughout the race, she claimed a resounding victory in 13h31'18 , in front of a captivated crowd and in appalling weather conditions.
